Refund policy

At An’era, each garment is a singular creation — handcrafted on order with uncompromising attention to detail. In keeping with this bespoke process, we are unable to accept returns.

However, we want your An’era piece to feel like it was made for you. To ensure a flawless experience:

1. Complimentary Alteration

• We offer a one-time free alteration to perfect the fit of your garment.

• Courier charges for sending the garment to and from our studio will be borne by the client.

2. Size Exchange

• We accommodate size exchanges, subject to fabric and style availability.

• Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

• The garment must reach our studio within 7 days of receipt.

3. Condition Requirements

• Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags intact.

• Worn, altered (outside An’era), or damaged items will not be eligible.
